1. Standard returns (within 14 days)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The item must be returned in its original condition

Unworn, unaltered, and carefully packaged

With all original tags and packaging included
How to request a return
Returns within 14 days can be requested directly through your customer account.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to send the item back using a tracked shipping service.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds & store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose between:
– A refund to your original payment method, or
– Store credit issued to your customer account.
Store credit is issued to your customer account and can be used on any future purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. After 14 days — The Circle (our circular return program)
If more than 14 days have passed, the item is no longer eligible for a standard return.
However, your piece can still return to The Circle — our circular take-back program.
Through The Circle:

You can send your piece back to give it a second life

Each return is reviewed individually

Store credit is issued based on the condition and eligibility of the piece
