SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (VINTAGE & ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS)

Fast Taste specialises in vintage and pre-owned jewellery, often produced decades ago and sourced from various origins.

By purchasing from Fast Taste, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Each item is unique and one-of-a-kind

  • Signs of age, patina, wear, or minor imperfections are normal characteristics, not defects

  • Exact materials, alloys, or manufacturing techniques may not always be known or verifiable

  • Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our knowledge and ability

We make every effort to represent products accurately. However, colours, textures, and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered.

 

 

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Fast Taste reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

Your purchases are subject to return, refund, or store credit solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, available at /policies/refund-policy.

All purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

 

 

SECTION 3A – THE CIRCLE (CIRCULAR TAKE-BACK PROGRAM)

The Circle is Fast Taste’s voluntary circular take-back program, allowing customers to return eligible items after the standard return window to give them a second life.

Participation in The Circle is subject to inspection and approval. Where accepted:

  • Store credit may be issued based on condition, authenticity, and eligibility

  • No cash refunds are provided through The Circle

  • Acceptance is not guaranteed

Fast Taste reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet program criteria or cannot be authenticated as originally sold by Fast Taste.

 

 

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase, excluding applicable taxes, shipping, customs, or import duties unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate payment and account information and authorise us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.

 

 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fast Taste is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

 

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services — including text, imagery, logos, graphics, designs, and branding — is the property of Fast Taste or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Fast Taste is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases are made directly between you and Fast Taste. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, or transactions between you and Fast Taste.

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy at /policies/privacy-policy, as well as Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

 

 

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
